Arrival Information

Upon reaching Penang, you will be greeted by the Organizers or persons designated by the Organizers. Should you need any assistance at the airport, bus station or railway station (eg. missing luggage or any other personal items). You are advised to ask the organizers to attend to it immediately.
You are encouraged to bring along a mobile phone so that you are reachable at all times. Provide your contact number to the Organizers. Mobile phones in Malaysia use 900/1800MHz for GSM and 2100MHz for WCDMA.
You will be transported to the place of accommodation where you will need to register at the secretariat counter and settle into the designated room. Make sure your name, your school and country of origin are correct.
You will be informed of your group and the Facilitator in-charge.
For your own safety, you will be required to put on the ISC name tag at all times.
You will also be given a briefing of safety by the Organizers.
You are advised not to leave the "Official Place Of Accommodation" without being accompanied by any of the Organizers.
Kindly declare your medical assistance needs or specific treatment needed at the secretariat counter upon registration.
Feel free to ask and seek assistance from the Organizers. The emergency contact numbers are printed on the reverse of the name tag.

当你抵达槟城时，工委将在现场迎接你。请和迎接者互相确认身份。若你在机场/巴士车站/火车站时需要任何援助（如遗失行李、购买日常用品或小吃等）请即刻通知有关工委。
主办当局鼓励参加者携带手机以便可以随时联络。请把联络电话号码交予主办当局。马来西亚所用的频率为900/1800MHz – GSM 和 2100MHz – WCDMA。
你将被载送到指定的住宿。在此，你需到秘书处登记。确认你的姓名、校名及国家都正确后，并前往所分配的房间。
主办当局将告知你的小组及负责的工委。
为了安全起见，参加者须在任何时候都戴上交流营名牌。
主办当局将为参加者做安全简报。
若无工委的陪伴，请勿离开指定住宿。
请通知主办当局你的特别病症及治疗法。
参加者可随时向主办当局要求援助。紧急联络电话号码都印在名牌背面。
